There are no returns on sales of our DVD magazine "Fallen Angel," we can only replace the DVD magazine with another copy of the same issue.  This is the same policy that other DVD retailers use and is necessary to cover the cost of the return mailing costs and the unfortunate phenomenon of people copying and then returning DVDs they order.  Please be aware that your ability to purchase from our site can be revoked if we decide you are abusing our return policy.  To receive your replacement DVD, simply contact us at locityenterprises@yahoo.com requesting a replacement.
